Overview
I collaborated with a contracted Creative Director and the development team at SAI Digital to enhance the visual design and overall user experience of the O’Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center website. We solved for a variety of problems concerning unclear and unorganized navigation, inability of users to find key information with ease, creating a more guided and hand-holding experience.
Discovery
The discovery process of this project entailed looking at peer competitors, exploring the different audiences that utilized OCCC’s network and resources, and testing potential users of the new site.
