Overview
I collaborated with the Acadia Software product team at Systems Alliance, Inc. to develop an image editor feature. What began as a ‘skunksworks’ project grew into a full initiative to mediate the pain point Acadia users were having when uploading and editing images to procedures/documents. The implementation of this feature has fully satisfied Acadia customers who are now able to edit and annotate images within the performance platform without external manipulation.
Discovery & Wireframes
The user, being mainly the warehouse worker who utilizes tablets on site, was top of mind when considering all aspects of the image editor feature. I performed peer reviews, user research interviews, and closely collaborated with the Acadia team’s Customer Success Managers who work closely with the users Acadia. I worked through multiple iterations, task flows, considered microinteractions, and the comprehensive user flow.
Prototype
The final deliverable to internal stakeholders and the development team was the designs and prototype below.
