What was the Issue?
The previous Summit Community Foundation site faced a variety of challenges that I solved for as a UX Designer at SAI Digital, a Division of Systems Alliance. With assistance from members of the development team, I was able to fully redesign the site within WordPress. Some of the issues I solved for included:
- Not being able to find key information
- Many broken links and dead ends
- Lack of consistent brand, look and feel
- Poor template with limited functionality
What did I do?
- Enhanced overall user experience of the site my introducing a more consistent brand identity, clear pathways, and callouts to key information
- Designed within WordPress to accomplish project
- Collaborated with development team members to successfully implement design
- Presented wireframe and design deliverables to internal management, stakeholders and clients
